Whatever you're facing, you don't have to face it alone. I work with adults and elders (65+) on a wide range of issues.
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, childhood trauma, or OCD — issues that often affect relationships with family, friends, or in the workplace.
I delve into the issues at hand and work with you to create a plan for addressing your needs in a way that helps you get your life back. My approach focuses on the whole person — mind, body, and soul — and adapts to what you need most.

Who I Work With
I work with adults and elders (65+) on an individual basis.
My ideal client is somebody who recognises that their issues are negatively impacting their day-to-day life and disrupting their relationships with important people in their lives. They need an empathetic listener who is non-judgemental and who can appreciate and understand their essential needs.
If you're looking for somebody to share your inner troubles with — someone who will accept you and listen to you unconditionally — then I can be that person. I will accompany you on your journey of healing and growth.
Multilingual Support
I offer sessions in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. If you'd feel more comfortable speaking in your first language, I'm here to support you.

With over a decade of international experience, I have a deep understanding of cultural differences and their impact on mental health. If you're navigating cultural expectations, intergenerational differences, or identity questions, I can provide culturally sensitive support.
